Packing service is free for self-collection service point or parcels under same user name.

Return service (Service charge)

0—10KG: ¥30;
10.1KG—15KG: ¥60;
15.1KG—20KG: ¥90;
20.1KG—25KG: ¥120;
25.1-30KG: ¥150.

Warehouse operators shall proceed to return package(s) to sender and deduct money from account after customer requesting the return service.
Customer needs to provide information for return address and attn.

Outer packing photo taken

Free

Warehouse operator shall take photos and upload to customer account.
Photos can be found in parcel details.

Open box photo taken

Small: ¥15;
Medium: ¥30;
Large: to quote

Filled newspaper

¥15 / parcel

Local newspaper shall be put inside parcel.

Reinforcement

Wooden frame: start from SGD $20

For large, fragile, pressure-sensitive items or items that require special preservation, best to inform the seller to reinforce with wooden box, wooden frame or pallet for best protection of your cargo.
